Metal Stamping
We offer compound, coil-fed, progressive, and deep-drawn stamping using CNC, hydraulic, and mechanical presses. Our ISO 9001:2015-certified facility produces both thin-walled and heavy gauge components with tight tolerances and high repeatability.
CNC Machining
We provide high-precision CNC milling and machining (±0.001”–0.005”) with scalable production—from prototypes to high-volume runs—across a variety of metals.
Laser Cutting
Our 5000-watt high-definition lasers deliver close-tolerance cutting (up to ±0.005”) across steel, stainless steel, aluminum, alloys, and plastics. Large-format tables support both high-volume and oversized parts with fast turnaround.
CNC Drilling & Punching
Our AWS-certified welders perform MIG, TIG, spot, and arc welding, delivering strong, reliable joints across diverse materials and applications.
Tool & Die
Automated CNC drilling and punching deliver consistent, precise hole placement, reduced complexity, and efficient production for sheet metal components.
Welding
Our full-service, in-house tool room designs, builds, and maintains tooling with extreme precision (up to 0.0002”). With over 2,500 dies in inventory, we ensure consistent production and minimal downtime.
Turning (Lathe)
High-speed turning capabilities up to 32” diameter and 132” length support precision cylindrical components with excellent accuracy and symmetry.
Parts Washing
Our high-pressure heated washing system effectively removes oils, chips, and debris, while our continuous belt process supports efficient, large-scale cleaning and degreasing.
Expanded Metal
Expanded metal capabilities support both small runs and large-scale production, with laser and stamping processes across a wide range of materials including carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, titanium, nickel, and tin.
CNC Metal Forming
Tailored to your specific production goals, from prototype through full-scale manufacturing. We deliver precision-formed, fully recyclable metal components with custom CNC machining to meet exact specifications.
Finishing & Secondary Services
Besides parts washing, degreasing, and expanded metal fabrication, we offer complete assembly across a wide range of materials and production volumes, reducing downstream processing for our customers.
